Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at kalakavach@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Store Credits Only (No Cash Refunds)
We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your returned product (excluding shipping fees). This store credit can be used toward any future purchase within our store.
This ensures a smoother shopping experience and flexibility in selecting the right item.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return, and once approved, use your store credit to place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—with a receipt or proof of purchase. Approved returns will receive store credit only.
Processing of Store Credit
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will receive store credit within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for processing and delivery of your credit.
